The wellness area at Hotel Schmung at Alpe di Siusi offers modern, simple yet lovingly maintained facilities for the well-being of your body and mind. Adventurous outdoor activities are accompanied by healthy relaxation in the wellness area which features healthy South Tyrolean products. At Hotel Schmung, nature holidays not only happen outdoors, but are perfectly complimented by our wellness facilities.

Our wellness area offers excellent views of Alpe di Siusi, the Sciliar, Santner and Sasso Lungo mountain ranges – splendid vistas that you can enjoy while relaxing on our water beds and massage beds. Our wellness offer includes an Alpine sauna, herbal steam baths, bio sauna and infrared booth, as well as a chilling ice fountain to cool down.

Bio sauna

Enjoy mild heat and steam, accompanied by natural herbal essences which softly treat your body. The wonderfully balanced bio sauna climate has beneficial effects on your hair and skin, cleansing and stimulating your airways. A visit to our bio sauna is a truly remarkable experience – just relax and unwind and enjoy your holidays on a traditional alp!

Steam bath

Steam baths serve to moisturize your body, as well as purifying and stimulating your airways. Due to a mild temperature of 45 °C and a humidity of 90 %, our steam baths have a healthy effect on your body without damaging your circulation.
