The best part: You can snap on your skis right outside our hotel and glide down the slope from Hotel Schmung to the Laurin chairlift, where you can enter the 181-kilometre network of slopes in the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm-Val Gardena/Gröden ski area. But that’s not all: From Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, you can directly access the world-famous Sellaronda ski circuit, a 40-kilometre-long route that awaits avid skiers with 27 kilometres of perfectly prepared slopes.

For cross-country skiers, the sporty fun begins just 800 metres away from our hotel. Glide through magical snowscapes and explore the 80-kilometre-long network of trails that extends across Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 metres above sea level. We promise you: A cross-country ski holiday at Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm is a fantastic active experience that lets you enjoy nature with all your senses.
A cross-country skiing fee is charged for using the trails. You can buy a daily or weekly ticket at the various sales points at Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm.
Winter hiking and snowshoeing
You can also enjoy the seemingly endless expanses of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm while winter hiking or snowshoeing. 60 kilometres of winter hiking paths and 50 kilometres of snowshoe routes await you during your winter holiday in the Dolomites. Enjoy the sound of the snow crunching under your shoes while your gaze lifts to take in the snow-covered peaks of Mt Sassolungo/Langkofel and Mt Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel.
Tobogganing
Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm’s four toboggan runs, which you can reach on foot from our hotel, promise speedy fun for the whole family. You can rent toboggans at various lifts and several mountain huts for free or for a small fee.
